I have worked in the counseling field for over 23 years. The experiences I have cultivated have led me here~

To Sacred Space.

My approach to counseling is to bear witness and collaborate with you as you explore and discover what you need in this season of life.

Setting aside dedicated time can feel especially sacred in the hustle and bustle of life! Prioritizing and slowing down to explore your human experience might feel like a luxury, but in fact, it is a necessity.

Sometimes life pulls us so hard, that we are forced into this reflection, while other times it is a slow burn that builds.

When we listen carefully, we often can figure out what we need, lovingly challenge the thoughts that do not serve us and take steps to connecting to our authentic selves.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who leads with curiosity and incorporate Compassion-Based and Relational practices into my work. Rooted in family systems, sometimes we can look to the past to understand how roles and dynamics have played a part in how we interact with those around us.

I have worked in various settings including, in-home family therapy, parental reunification education, Hospice Bereavement, Level 1 Trauma Pediatric Hospital, and Pediatric Palliative Care Team.
